With the huge amounts of information that people get thrown at them each day, it can be hard to know if your articles are actually getting seen by the public. Here are a few of my tips on how to write an article that people won’t be able to miss!
Use a unique headline
The headline is the first thing a reader will see when they come across your article. You want to make sure that your headline isn’t too long because if the reader can’t even get through reading your headline, then they most likely won’t even skim your article. I recommend keeping it simple but also make it interesting so you can grab the audience’s attention.
Use original ideas
Audiences typically don’t like to spend the time reading about the same topic that they’ve seen from five other websites. Try using original ideas to draw your readers in. You’ll also be able to cater to the wants and needs of your audience more easily by coming up with ideas that fit their interests.
Use photos, videos and GIFS
Bringing visual elements to your article is always a great way to to draw readers in and keep them interested in your article. A lot of research has been done on this subject, and many studies show that graphic elements such as photos is the first place that a reader’s eye goes. Breaking up your text with these visual elements also gives your reader a chance to give their eyes a break from reading.
Know your readers
It’s important to know what type of content your audience is looking for when they click on your articles. If you write about topics that intersect with the interests of your readers, then your article is bound to be successful.
