A Bengali girl is incomplete without having these two items of clothing in her wardrobe: Saree and Salwar Kameez. A Saree is basically a long piece of cloth that is usually draped around one’s body, typically over a blouse and skirt. Whereas Salwaar kameez comprises of a long top, pajamas, and a scarf or ‘Dupatta’. They are elegant yet manageable. Here are some of my favorite Saree and Salwar Kameez looks.
Purple Saree
Can I say how much I love wearing Sarees! They can make anyone look pretty without much effort. I mostly like to pair up my Sarees with colorful pieces of jewelry. Here I put on magenta lipstick to match my attire as well. You can get similar Sarees from Amazon.
Peach and White Salwar Kameez
This has to be one of my favorite pieces to wear. The color seems to compliment my skin tone and the fabric is cotton, so I find myself very comfortable in it. As you can see, I wore Bangles with this, which are simply traditional bracelets. Get your favorite Kameez from Amazon.
Peach and Orange Salwar Kameez
Here I am wearing another of my adored piece of Kameez with a black shawl. A silver purse, dark lipstick, and some highlight completed my whole look. I also wore a Bangle with this look that has small bells attached to it. Do you want to try this look? Grab your Kameez now from Amazon.
